Thursday was the PAT course.  Completed in 4:46.
Body building isn't everything...its just that being small, weak and puny really sucks!

WG pull downs 95lbs - 10,9,8
RG pull downs 95 lbs - 8,8,8
Straight-arm pull downs 50lbs - 6,5,5

DB curls  30lbs - 8,8,8 Half done at the same time!
DB hammer curls 30lbs - 8,7,5
