Cable cross-over fly 1 Orange/1 pink - 10,10
DB french press 23lbs - 10,10

Walked 3 miles
Body building isn't everything...its just that being small, weak and puny really sucks!

Straight-arm pull down 40lbs - 8,8,8
Wide grip pull down 90lbs - 8,8
Reverse grip pull down 90lbs - 8,8

DB curlsl 23lbs - 10,10,8
DB hammer curls 23lbs - 8
