It is with a heavy heart that I inform the IKSDA of the massing of GM James Ray. He apparently had a heart attack monday morning at work and passed before they could get him to the hospital. James and I have been friends and training partners for close to 40 years. He was one of the most giving and kind hearted person I've had the privilege of meeting and sharing the martial arts with...........He will be greatly missed

I was saddened to hear of GM Rays passing. RIP and prayers to his family.
Two thousand years ago wise men sought Christ, wise men still do.
Techniques are situational, principles are universal.
Fast as the wind, quiet as the forest, aggressive as fire, and immovable as a mountain.
He who gets there first with the most...wins!
Minimal force may not be minimum force!
We don't rise to the occasion...we sink to the level of our training.
